We have a 15 minute late policy. If you are over you will have to reschedule. Please be sure to call if you will be over 15 minutes so that we can assist you with rescheduling. If we do not hear from you it is considered a no show.

We understand things come up and if you ever have to cancel your appointment we ask that you do that 48 hours prior to your appointment. Out of courtesy for other clients, please let us know if you cannot make it. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any treatment or service once it has been performed.

We would like a call prior to a no show to either cancel or reschedule. Failure to cancel you will be required to pay 50% of the service scheduled with the card on file. We value your business and ask you to respect our scheduling policies.
